Bitumen based compound for the curing and protection of concrete

Description

MASTERKURE^® 161 is a bitumen based, membrane-forming solution, suitable for spray application to freshly poured concrete.

The resultant film retains sufficient moisture in the concrete to ensure full hydration of the cement; essential for optimum strength development.  Additionally, the cured film forms a damp and vapour proof membrane, sufficient to provide a barrier to waterborne salts.
